About TRAIN

The "TRAIN" program, officially known as the Talent Retention, Attraction, and Inclusion Incentive, is a pilot initiative aimed at encouraging both new and existing employees to relocate to or remain in Battle Creek. This collaborative effort between Battle Creek Unlimited (BCU) and local employers provides financial incentives for those moving to the area. These incentives can be utilized for various expenses, such as down payments on homes, rent, or moving costs.
